- 02, We find the coffee shop
- We help you pick the place and have the conversation with them. A large table, Saturday morning.
- 03, We publish the edition
- The event joins the shared Luma calendar, with ready-made materials.
- 04, See you for coffee
- Your city appears on the map and on the site, with its own page. From there, it grows on its own.

What do I need in order to host Cafeaua de Sâmbătă in my city?
A coffee shop willing to hold a large table on a Saturday morning, and the willingness to be there for every edition. Nothing else — no budget, no sponsors, no event experience.
How much time does it take?
An edition every two weeks means a few hours on Saturday, plus about an hour of preparation beforehand: talking to the coffee shop and publishing the event.
What do I get from you?
The name and visual identity, the shared Luma calendar, ready-made copy and materials, and everything we have learned from the editions so far — mistakes included.
Does it cost anything? Is this a franchise?
No. There is no fee, no contract and no commission. Cafeaua de Sâmbătă makes money for nobody — us included.
How many people come to the first edition?
Usually between 5 and 15. The first edition is always the smallest; if you keep the rhythm, the group grows on its own within two or three months.
How do I start?
